FRR tenders for SRI and private equity consultants

FRANCE - The e16bn Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites (FRR) is tendering for financial consultants with experience in private equity and socially responsible investment (SRI) to advise on two future specialist manager searches.
The FRR said it aimed to select consultants to assist the fund in designing and managing two separate requests for proposals processes (RFPs), through which it will select asset managers specialised in SRI and private equity funds.
The value of the SRI and private equity mandates has not been disclosed.
“The exact dates of these RFPs have not yet been determined,” the FRR said in a statement.
In preparation for the private equity management mandates, the FRR said it had launched a one-round bidding process to select a consultant to assist with: preparing the RFP, analysing submissions and managing the selection process.
“One or more” consultants are required to assist the fund in preparing the RFP for SRI management mandates, the FRR said. The fund is tendering for only one private equity consultant.
The deadline for tender for the SRI consultant is March 31. Those applying for the private equity consultant position have until May 3 to submit their application.
