UK - Hazell Carr Pensions Consulting has recruited Colin English from Towers Perrin.
English joins as head of business development, responsible for overseeing the growth of Hazell Carr’s 12 regional business units.
Colin arrives after a four-year period at Towers Perrin where he was head of UK business development for retirement practices.
He moved to Towers Perrin from Mercer where he worked as head of UK new business for non-retirement practices.
This followed six years as a founding director with Guinness Mahon Benefit Consultants.
