SWITZERLAND - Urs Landolt is to succeed Hansruedi Hube as chief executive officer of Julius Baer Asset Management, based in Zurich.
The position is effective from February 2002.
In his new position Landolt will have overall responsibility for JBAM’s institutional clients and fund management activities in Switzerland.
He takes over from Huber who left the firm “to pursue new professional challenges,” according to the firm.
Landolt has held several senior positions at Credit Suisse, including head of corporate and institutional banking for various target markets. Most recently he served as managing director and regional head for the Middle East and Gulf States at Credit Suisse Asset Management.
