UK - Scottish Widows Investment Partnership's managed UK balanced property trust has launched a share issue in a bid to acquire more commercial properties.
The property trust has performed strongly since its launch a year ago and paid a gross dividend of 7%.
It aims to offer a stable income, liquid investment and a diversified portfolio to reduce risk.
The existing and new shares are available for both SIPP, ISA and direct investment.
