UK - Leicestershire County Council pension fund has dished out a £150m UK equity mandate to Standard life Investments, to be managed on a wholly discretionary basis.
Euan Stirling, investment director, UK equities at Standard Life will be responsible for managing the portfolio.
Somerset County Council also appointed Standard Life last month, to manage a £175m Uk equity mandate.
