UK - Clerical Medical has launched a service to help financial advisers prevent money laundering.
Clerical Medical has developed a dedicated area on its IFA website which gives information about the firm’s identification requirements for both corporate and private investors.
Head of specialist services Bruce Sawyer said: “Money laundering is obviously a serious issue and it is essential that we all work together to get it right.
“Having all this information on our IFA website makes it accessible to financial advisers but also allows us to update it promptly should money laundering requirements change.”
