US - The California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) is searching for an investment consultant to advise the scheme's investment committee.
CalSTRS issued a request for proposals yesterday. The filing deadline is October 22 and a short-list is slated to be announced at the November 6 investment committee meeting.
The consultant will advise on the status of the asset allocation, help conduct asset liability reviews and review the defined contribution plan, among other services.
Incumbent Pension Consulting Alliance is invited to re-bid, the scheme said yesterday.
