Habitat controller sells shares at 435 pesos on Chile exchange

CHILE - The controlling shareholder of AFP Habitat SA sold 140 million shares, or a 14% stake, in the pension fund manager at 435 pesos each, according to data posted by the Santiago exchange.

Inversiones La Construccion Ltda, a holding company owned by Chile's Construction Chamber, sold the shares for a total of $119m, according to Bloomberg calculations.
