UK - Paul Trickett, head of investment for Europe, Middle East and Africa at consultancy Towers Watson, will be leaving the firm.
He will join Goldman Sachs Asset Management as head of the global portfolio solutions group for EMEA. The group provides portfolio advice and fiduciary and risk management services to large institutions.

Trickett will be temporarily replaced at Towers Watson by Carl Hess, global head of investment, while a replacement is announced.
Details of Trickett's replacement will be announced "in due course", said Towers Watson spokesman Paul Deane-Williams.
Trickett joined the firm in 1998 and has served as head of investment for EMEA for the past four years.
His appointment is the latest in personnel changes at GSAM. In early September, the firm announced it hired Philip Read, chairman of the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme, on of the UK's largest pension schemes, as a senior adviser in the global portfolio solutions group.
In mid-September, the firm said global CIO Eileen Rominger will retire at year-end, while Jim O'Neill was appointed to the new role of chairman. (Global Pensions; September 13, 2010)
