UK - Cardano has made four additions to its client team, hiring staff from rival consultancy firms P-Solve, Towers Watson, Mercer and Aon Hewitt, to meet increased client demand.
Sophia Heathcoat joins from P-Solve and will be responsible for monitoring investment strategies. She is a qualified actuary who previously worked at Punter Southall's actuarial consultancy before joining P-Solve three years ago as an investment advisor.
Heathcoat said moving to Cardano was a "natural step" in her career.
Duncan Higgs joins the firm after four years at Towers Watson as an investment consultant, where he advised schemes of up £3bn.
Cardano has also appointed Carl Jones from Mercer and Flora Summerfield from Aon Hewitt.
Cardano UK head of clients Richard Dowell said: "We are really pleased to be recruiting good quality people to further strengthen our client team."
