CHINA - Li Keping, vice chairman for the National Council for Social Security Fund, will leave the fund to join the China Investment Corporation as chief investment officer.
He replaces Gao Xiqing as CIO of the $332bn sovereign wealth fund, though Xiqing will maintain his position as vice-chairman and president of CIC.
Keping will also take on the role of executive director and vice chairman, replacing Zhang Hongli who is retiring.
