US/ASIA - Acadian Asset Management Singapore has appointed Ho Yew Weng as director of institutional sales for Asia-ex Japan.
Ho, who most recently served as managing director at Vanguard Investments Singapore, will assist Acadian's expanding business effort in the region, the Boston-based firm said.
Ross Dowd, senior vice president and head of global marketing and client service for Acadian said: "We are extremely pleased to have Yew Weng join the Acadian global team. He is a high-calibre sales professional with broad experience, and we expect that he will play a valuable role in increasing our presence in the Asia ex-Japan markets."
Acadian has $49.9bn in assets under management.
