Firms providing occupational defined contribution schemes have an "underwhelming" response rate to queries, Watson Wyatt has revealed.
It said that while its survey of 202 employers showed some providers were significantly worse than others, it also revealed 48pc of employers thought the response of providers was either poor or just acceptable....
