A "challenging legislative programme" will be introduced in the coming months to improve the Financial Assistance Scheme, pensions reform minister Mike O'Brien says.
In a letter to all MPs O’Brien said several set of regulations will be introduced in “rapid succession” to facilitate the necessary changes to help scheme wind-up victims “as quickly as possible”. ...
