
Liberation now most common complaint investigated by ombudsman

Freedom and choice has helped fuel an 18% increase in complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman (PO) over the last year, according to its annual report and accounts.
The 2015/2016 report, published yesterday, states the service handled around 5,000 complaints, with 1,363 being taken on for investigation - a 6% increase on last year. Most new investigations related...
