IBM MNT elections open as trustee board is cut 25%

IBM will reduce its trustee membership from 12 to nine as voting opens on Monday (20 February) to elect three member-nominated trustees - one fewer than in previous elections.

The computer giant, which runs two defined benefit plans - the IBM Pension Plan and the IBM IT Solutions Pension Scheme - will reduce the number of trustees by three but keep the ratio of MNTs. ...
