UPDATE: MyCSP blames Capita backlog for payment delays; Capita rejects accusation

MyCSP has blamed a backlog of 47,000 member enquiries inherited from Capita when it took administration in-house for delayed payments to members.

The firm said 6,000 of those cases involved delayed or missing payments while a further 1,200 delays were caused by problems transferring data to a new admin platform. Its troubles were compound...
