Goddard Perry Consulting launches standalone employee benefits business

Goddard Perry Consulting has launched an employee benefits business after a strategic review looking at how it can best service its customers in the health, group risk and pensions governance space.

As a result of the review, the business has launched Goddard Perry Employee Benefits in order to better meet the needs of its corporate clients and offer them a dedicated team of specialists and administrators going forward.

The firm said all staff who currently work in its group risk and benefits division will be transferred to the new business, a team which will be headed by Paul Stewart, the current head of employee benefits at Goddard Perry Consulting. Steve Goddard, the managing director of Goddard Perry Consulting will also act as managing director of the new business.

The firm said that all existing insurance and fee agreements will be novated from Goddard Perry Consulting to Goddard Perry Employee Benefits with effect from 1 May.
