The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO) has upheld a complaint from a Smart Pension Master Trust member against legal firm Integral Law for missing pension contributions.

TPO has ordered the employer must pay the missing pension contributions and make up any shortfall in units, and pay £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience it has caused the complainant. ...
