Implementing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) policies are a challenge for trustees despite strong understanding of guidance from The Pensions Regulator (TPR), research from Barnett Waddingham has found.

The study of 65 member- and employer-nominated trustees in May found while 91% were confident in their understanding of EDI guidance, less than half (45%) said this influences their hiring processe...
