Buck Consultants’ Fraser Smart says small pots and state pension top-ups could combine

The government has unveiled a plan to allow those who have reached 65, or who will do so before April 2016, to increase their basic weekly state pension (SP) by up to around £25 per week.

The Daily Mail has calculated that for every £900 they pay, their weekly SP will increase by £1. But the DWP has yet to set the final figure. The lucky winners can pay up to £25,000 to Osborne. ...
