The government is building multi-employer CDC, but will employers implement schemes?

The previous government launched its Mansion House reforms in 2023. It set out, in a response to an earlier consultation, its intention for a framework that accommodates collective defined contribution (CDC) schemes providing benefits to unconnected multi-employer schemes and master trusts.
