Aon Consulting is relaunching its third-party pensions administration business to raise awareness about its services.
The relaunch highlights the firm’s key points of differences compared to others in the marketplace.
Aon Consulting administration business managing director Stuart Heatley said the aim of the campaign was to engage more clients and to let the industry know how it had progressed over the past 60 years as an administrator.
He said: "We want to highlight how we have changed over the past few years, to show them the changes we’re made to our technology platform."
Heatley said the firm would be holding focus groups for trustees to get them actively involved in the administration process and to keep them updated on any changes within the industry.
The firm will also launch a dedicated service development team to focus on developing relationships between trustees, pensions managers and scheme members.
Heatley said the firm wanted to move administration away from the restrictions of service providers – further engaging trustees and members in
the process.
Aon Consulting said it would also hold six monthly surveys to determine whether members felt the service was meeting their expectations.
