PAN Governance has hired Tony Earnshaw as a board member in a bid to boost its independent trusteeship and governance services.
Earnshaw – who was formerly director of institutional investment strategy at Northern Trust Global Advisors – will work with chief executive officer Steve Delo to expand its client portfolio and widen its service line.
Pan Governance chairman Andrew Cheseman said: "Tony has a wealth of experience, not only in investment, but also in wider consulting and pension’s management areas.
"He has heavyweight credentials for an independent trustee and he will help us build on the fast growth PAN Governance has achieved since Steve Delo joined in January."
Earnshaw said: "I believe the opportunities for independent trusteeship – and ‘advisory led’ variations on trusteeship services – are considerable. I was attracted by PAN’s dynamic approach to the market and believe it has a fantastic business model. It aims to provide the support that trustees need to deal with their role."
