The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has published its response to changes to the Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment (TUPE) regulations.
The rules were originally designed to protect workers transferring from one employer to another, requiring the new employer to match workers' benefits to those they received at their old workplace....
