Pensions and football eh? So alike. OK, so the idea of a column trying to tie the disappointment of England's performance (Scottish and Welsh readers please bear with me) to the state of UK pensions was blindingly obvious and maybe a bit lazy, but I have been rushed off my feet this week, so needs must.
