NETHERLANDS - Financial services watchdog Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) halted their investigation over Ed Njipels' role in the collapse of DSB Bank because he resigned as chairman of Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP.
