Isio’s David Mowbray and Laura Parker celebrate the completion of the challenge

A team of six at challenger consultancy Isio has completed the recent RideLondon100 event raising a total of £1,775 in support of financial education charity MyBnk.

The consultancy firm said the challenge involved a day of cycling on closed roads starting on the Embankment in London and heading out east past Epping Forrest and through beautiful countryside in Essex.

Team members included Isio chief executive Andrew Coles; head of investment Emily McGuire; investment consultant and deputy head of SI consulting Mark Irish; investment consultant and credit research analyst Harry Lee; investment consultant David Mowbray and senior manager Laura Parker.

Isio said there were varying degrees of experience in the group - with one member acquiring a bike only a month before the event.

While not a race, Isio said there was "a little bit of competition" - with event times ranging from about 5.5 hours to just under 9 hours!
