At the end of January 68 pension schemes had transferred to the PPF incorporating some 20,250 members.
Capita Hartshead managing director Mike Addenbrooke said: "It is essential that the safety net provided by the PPF is exactly that - safe and reliable - and that members are dealt with efficiently and sensitively."
PPF director of delivery Peter Walker added: "We were looking for a provider that, as well as having the necessary experience of providing high-quality administration, was flexible enough to develop solutions that meet our business needs.
"Capita Hartshead successfully demonstrated their ability to work in partnership with us and that it has the capacity and vision to grow with us."
