Holly Roach is deputy editor at Professional Pensions. She joined the magazine as correspondent in 2018 after completing her undergraduate degree in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She held the role of senior correspondent between 2020 and 2022 and was news editor between 2022 and 2025.

She covers both DB and DC pensions with a focus on pensions administration, risk reduction and pensions dashboards.

She has interviewed notable industry members including the pensions ombudsman, leaders of some of the largest pension schemes and consultancies, and chairs of various pension associations.

She also helps with the running of the Women in Pensions Awards.
