America's Universal Pensions has expanded its alliance with Open Solutions Inc (OSI), a move which will give OSI customers access to UPI's suite of electronic individual retirement account documents.
According to Universal Pensions and OS, the tie-up offers operational efficiencies that organisations will find attractive, since electronic forms can be used easily and more readily than their paper counterparts. Other advantages stated are cost savings and improved compliance.
UP, formed in 1975, is an independent retirement services company. It is a 40l(k) outsource provider, providing forms, 401(k) record keeping, training and financial planning tools.
OS is a provider of integrated enterprise, Internet banking and e-commerce solutions for community banks and credit unions.
