Global consultants, William M. Mercer, has been appointed administrator for three pension schemes associated with the family interests of Mr TJ Hemmings.
The plans are the £18.9m Vymura pension plan, which has over 500 members; the £15.6m Sagar pension plan, which has over 700 members; and the Sportech pension plan, a new scheme with 116 members, including former employees of the Littlewoods football pools business.
Bacon & Woodrow were the previous administrators for the pension plan of wallcovering manufacturers, Vymura.
The pension plan for Sagar, owners of the Pontins Holiday Camp group, was previously administered by Scottish & Newcastle.
