Keith Shepherd, the City of Edinburgh Council Lothian Pension Fund's head of investments and treasury, is leaving the fund.
Shepherd could not be reached for comment, but Colin Hay, the £2bn fund's principal investment officer, confirmed that he was leaving. According to Hay, Shepherd has been with the fund for the past eight years.
Currently, the fund is fund is reviewing two European equities briefs. The mandates are split between Deutsche Asset Management, which has approximately £150m under management, and Bank of Ireland which manages £30m. Both were invited to reapply for their mandates.
