Wesleyan Assurance Society has been selected to provide an alternative Additional Voluntary Contribution scheme to members of the Britannia Airways Pilots Pension Scheme.
The appointment follows Equitable Life's decision to close to new business.
A spokesman for the 500-member scheme said: Wesleyan's financial strength and very good with-profits performance were key factors in our selection process.
Britannia is a charter airline operating from the UK, Republic of Ireland and Nordic regions.
