AEGON has rebranded its cross border pension solution business AEGON Global Pensions.
Frans van der Horst, managing director, AEGON Global Pensions, said: "Companies are more international in their approach to business than ever before.
"The name AEGON Global Pensions emphasises the fact that we need to be as global as our customers."
The company estimated multinational companies employed more than 100 million staff worldwide with 31% holding pension fund liabilities outside their home country.
AEGON Global Pensions said it would offer services such as cross-border pooling of pension assets and risk pooling,
It said it would also provide cross border solutions for expatriate employees and information pooling to enable pension managers to oversee the company's pension liabilities online.
PwC, KPMG, EY and Deloitte must break up their consultancy and audit businesses into distinct firms to provide greater focus on the "most challenging and objective audits", the competition watchdog has said.
