NETHERLANDS - Watson Wyatt has appointed Stefan de Maar, Jeroen Verheijden and Gert-Jaap Kraan to its investment consulting team.
De Maar will be working on strategic asset allocation, modelling and performance measurement. As part of the manager research team, he will specialise in private equity and real estate.
Maar was previously a financial manager at venture capital fund PeachTree Film Capital, and a senior portfolio manager at ABN Amro Asset Management.
Jeroen Verheijden and Gert-Jaap Kraan join from ABN Amro and the Mediterranean Shipping Company respectively.
Gerard Roelofs, head of investment consulting at Watson Wyatt in Amsterdam said: The Dutch market is important for us and we will also be looking to hire additional support for the recently opened office in Purmerend as a result of growth opportunities.
