AUSTRALIA - Perennial Investment Partners has appointed Clay Carter as senior portfolio manager in its global equities boutique.
Carter, who has worked as an analyst and portfolio manager in global equity markets spanning the UK, US and Europe, will assume responsibility for the UK component of Perennial’s global equities portfolio.
“Clay’s significant global experience is a great boost to our stock-picking capabilities and adds a further dimension to ideas generation and peer review within the team,” said Scott King, investment head of Perennial International.
In addition, Charles Stodart, who has been with Perennial for five years, initially with the Asia team and most recently within the UK and European equities markets, will move across to the firm’s Asia and Japan team.
Both will be based in Perennial’s Sydney office.
Perennial International is one of five investment boutiques within the Perennial Investment Partners Group.
