PLASTIC packaging firm British Polythene Industries is discussing "reduced benefit terms" with members of its £153m defined benefit scheme.
The manufacturer, which has scheme liabilities of £197m, also revealed a £20m cash contribution has been earmarked for the fund – which closed six years ago – to be paid over the next five years. ...
