FRANCE - State Street Global Advisors has appointed Frédéric Dodard head of balanced portfolio management for Europe.
Based in Paris, Dodard will retain his role as head of asset allocation for SSgA’s operations in France.
Since joining the group in 1998, Dodard has been responsible for active equity portfolios in developed and emerging markets and asset allocation strategies, SSgA said in a release.
Prior to joining SSgA, he was an assistant manager in the Private Banking Division of UBS Limited in London. He has also worked on the research and marketing of stock-listed derivatives products and market indices.
Dodard is a member of the CFA Institute and a CFA chart member and holds the Financial Risk Manager certificate granted by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
SSgA, the investment management arm of State Street Corporation, has US$1.2trn n investment programs and portfolios.
