FINLAND - Aberdeen Property Investors Nordic AB has completed its deal with Finland's largest institutional property investor, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, to acquire 60% of the shares in its property management company Antiloo-ppi Oy, which manages around 1.4m square metres of commercial Finnish property.
With this deal, API’s total assets in the Nordic region will be circa E5.3bn.
