US - Chicago-based investment management firm Harris Associates has appointed Ronald Rolighed as director of alternative product management.
Rolighed will provide support to consultants, institutional and offshore investors, and aid Harris' business development for alternative products.
His career record includes working as chief operating officer and portfolio manager at Securities Management and Timing (2000-2001); equity derivatives trader and risk manager at Stafford Trading (1998-2000); vice president and head of risk management at ABN AMRO (1997-1998); and director of quantitative risk assessment and head of the financial markets unit at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (1992-1997).
