US - Northern Trust Retirement Consulting (NTRC) has appointed a new director of participant communications and education practice.
Jane Lateer joins the Northern Trust Corporation subsidiary as principal and director of the communications and education practice.
Her background includes serving as an employee benefits attorney and as vice president of employee benefits and administration for an undisclosed Fortune 500 company.
In her new role, Lateer will leverage her this experience with benefits, legal and employee educational issues to help NTRC better understand our clients' needs, said the firm.
