US - Ampere Capital Management has appointed Richard Joslin as chief financial officer, based in New York.
Joslin joins from Pequot Capital Management, where he worked for six years, most recently as chief accounting officer and principal.
Commenting on the appointment, Wayne Wilkey, managing partner of Ampere, said: “Richard’s appointment comes at an important stage in our firm’s development. We continue to scale our fund accounting and financial administration systems to serve the needs of our growing organisation, and we are very pleased to add such a talented individual whose experience and capabilities closely match our needs.”
Joslin will take up the position in March.
Ampere manages the Perennial Funds, value-driven long/short global equity funds investing in the technology, media and telecom sectors.
