PIC buys into second social housing bond for £74m

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) has invested £74m into a private finance initiative (PFI) bond which will fund 1,100 homes in Manchester.

The move is one of several social housing investments by the insurer, which bought a similar £72m social housing bond from Salford City Council in September last year (PP Online, 18 September 2013)...
