Goddard Perry's administration arm HS Admin has purchased fellow third party administrator (TPA) DBC Pension Services, increasing its client, staff and geographical base.
DBC was set up in the West Midlands in 1996 by directors Ralph Meller and Paul Witcomb. As a result of this month's sale Meller will leave the company with Witcomb staying on as a general manager. ...
