PO dismisses claim against Capita over delayed QROPS transfer

The Pensions Ombudsman (PO) has rejected claims that Capita "unreasonably" delayed a pension transfer out of the Travel Automation Systems Retirement Benefits Scheme into a Guernsey-based scheme.
