Blackrock has acquired the European private equity and infrastructure fund of funds arm of Swiss Re and entered into a strategic agreement with the re-insurance house.
The asset manager said the $7.5bn (£4.9bn) Swiss Re Private Equity Partners AG operation would be integrated with its existing private equity fund of funds group, BlackRock Private Equity Partners....
