Wolseley UK head of reward, benefits and policy Neil McCawley has been promoted to group head of reward.
Having covered the group head of reward role since mid-February, McCawley will permanently take up the position from August.
He joined Wolseley UK in 2007 and was integral to designing and implementing the business' pension arrangements and flexible benefits initiatives.
McCawley also played a key part of the project team that was responsible for Wolseley UK's current pay and grading structure.
"It's been an exciting journey at Wolseley UK and the reward team has accomplished some fantastic things in the time I've been here," he said.
"I'm delighted to be continuing my journey with Wolseley and am enjoying the new challenges and responsibilities the role brings."
