Property and real estate investment trusts are continuing to underperform equity markets this year, according to Standard & Poor's.
The latest quarterly global property & REIT report from S&P found that while up 3.7pc for the third quarter, the S&P/Citigroup Global Property Index posted gains of just 5.5pc for the year to date....
