HSBC buys 40% stake in schools

HSBC Infrastructure has bought a 40pc stake in Pinnacle Schools for £5.5m.

The listed infrastructure investment company said the three schools were built as a public finance initiative project for Fife Council by Sir Robert McAlpine and are being operated by Sodexho. ...
